Gotee Main Stage

So you’re all asking about who’s coming to AgapeFest 2008? Well, we’re still working on the lineup, but I can tell you that Gotee Records will be sponsoring our main stage festivities on Saturday night. And they will be bringing along…TobyMac, John Reuben, Storyside:B and Stephanie Smith. There’s more to come, so keep checking back. I mean, we’ve gotta keep up some suspense, right?

P.S. – A big thanks to Gotee to putting out some great artists AND bringing them to AgapeFest 2008. We’re excited, aren’t you? Tell us in the comments.

P.P.S. – Also want to clarify that Family Force 5 won’t be able to make it as one of their members is getting married that weekend. We tried, but I think marriage is a bit cooler than playing our festival. Not much, but a bit.

  8. Kutless would be nice. Even though Family Force 5 wont be their this year, I still will get to see TobyMac and Hawk Nelson for the second time and The David Crowder Band for the Third. Also, Third Day would be nice to see.

  17. ok so iDk about the label stuff. but skillet was really cool and i really loved this beutiful republic because they were raelly awesome and the show was really entertaining but just the music. you should really try and get them to come back.

  19. Sounds like mostly pop, hip hop, & rap. Sure hope to see some rockn’ bands in the lineup.

  20. How about getting some older bands from the 80′s for next year like Stryper, Bride or Bloodgood. My brother and myself would LOVE to see Stryper or Bride in concert. Also Day of Fire would be nice to see. You all should think about for next year. THANKS!

  26. Hey, actaully, I was just talking with This Beautiful republic about a week ago, and they all said that they were planning on going to agape this year. So, ya. I’m very excited to be seeing them again

  30. Chap Stique is the one from FF5 that is getting married. Hope to see them next year. Can’t wait till I get to see TobyMac and Hawk Nelson. They are the best, so is FF5. THANKS for getting TobyMac, and Hawk Nelson.

  31. The Almost would be great. And definitly This Beautiful Republic, I’ve seen Hawk Nelson a million times but I’d still like to see them again, here their new stuff. And I would LOVE to see Grits again. Its been so long since they were around here and I was able to make it to see them. I think that just a few harder bands is good. If all of you want to see the hard/screaming bands, go to cornerstone a few months later. There is plenty of that there. I love how agapefest doesn’t go too hard and there is some variety. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’ change that. I dont mind some of the harder bands but I can only listen to so much of that stuff.
