We would love to answer any questions you might have regarding AgapeFest. Our website has a ton of info inside of it so here are a few links for you. You can call AgapeFest Headquarters at (618) 664-1861 or (618) 664-1806. Since we’re all full time college students the office is only occupied a couple of hours each day. In order for us to serve all of our guests the best way possible we ask that you leave your full name, your phone number (including your area code), and a message. We have had a few calls from folks that either didn’t include a phone number or gave us a phone number without an area code so we were not able to get back with them sadly.

  1. I notice there are going to be vendors. Can you confirm there will be food and drink available if you do not want to bring in a cooler? By food, I mean burgers, brats and stuff, not just snacks.

    If you need to leave the concert during the day can you return?

    and you may leave and re-enter the fairgrounds as many times as you want as long as you have your wristband around your wrist.

  3. How can i get a job at the agape? Its already the 23rd but i had no idea it was starting so early this year. Is it possible to still get a job?

  4. The festival is ran by the students of Greenville College so there are no available jobs. If you wish to be a part of the staff you can enroll at Greenville College as a full time student and apply to be on the staff next year.

  5. Hey I saw the ticket prices, but I’m buying for a youth group. Are there any sort of discounts, etc. for that?

    I have several young teen girls that desperately want Skillet and Family Force 5′s autograph. Is there a set time for each band to show in the tent? I know a schedule will be posted but I would hate to show up at 5:00 Saturday to find out they signed autographs earlier in the morning. We are only coming for Saturdays events.

  8. Have a quick question about STAGE 2.

    Will Queens Club be headlining that stage during David Crowder? and when will Abandon Kansas be playing?

  12. Yes, but there are no utilities for you to use. We also do not allow anybody in until 3 p.m.

  13. We do everything we can to keep the show rolling. We go rain-or-shine, if dangerous weather rolls in we have to delay or cancel that day.

  14. They will be playing before Crowder! The times will be announced tomorrow.

  15. IF bands decide to sign autographs it will be after their performance.

  16. However much you think you’re going to eat! If you run out we always have the food vendors!
