Information Vending Application

To be considered for booth space at AgapeFest 2012, please fully complete the following form and submit it online. Once your application has been received you will be notified as to your approval to vend at AgapeFest. This will happen after February 15th, 2012. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis via online application date.

The space rental fee and proof of insurance must be received in advance to reserve your spot.

Please Note:
If you are accepted as a vendor, you must agree to be responsible for any and all sales taxes, licenses or permits and carry proper liability insurance that names Greenville College and Bond County Fair Association. Proof of insurance is required and must be on file with AgapeFest before vending at the festival. You are fully liable for all actions and this vending application is in no way a promise of sales or success.

Vendors have no say over where they will be placed in the pavilion and preferred placement may not be honored. Vendors that challenge, fight or argue about the placement of their vending space with Festival Staff or other vendors may be subject to ejection with no refund.

No refunds on cancellations!

Each booth includes:
2 event passes
10โ€™ x 9โ€™ space with 8โ€™ table and 2 chairs in a tent-like structure
Booth: $250
