Information Booth Vendor
To be considered for booth space at AgapeFest 2010, please fully complete the following form and submit it online. Once your application has been received you will be notified as to your approval to vend at AgapeFest.
The space rental fee must be received in advance to reserve your spot.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are accepted as a vendor, you must agree to be responsible for any and all sales taxes, licenses or permits and carry proper liability insurance that names Greenville College AgapeFest and workman’s compensation as needed. You are fully liable for all actions and this vending application is in no way a promise of sales or success.
Vendors have no say over where they will be placed in the pavilion and preferred placement may not be honored.
No refunds on cancellations!
Each booth includes:
4 full event passes
10′ x 9′ space with 8′ table and 2 chairs in a tent-like structure
Booth: $500
Electricity: Included in deposit price
Special Notes
Total deposit is due in advance if application is approved
