When time are the concerts?
Friday: Gates open at 3:00pm; music starts at 5:00pm
Saturday: Gates open at 9:00am; music starts at 10:00am
What time does the festival end?
Main stage shuts down around 11:00pm both nights.
There are late night activities on Friday night.
How much is parking?
Your AgapeFest ticket purchase includes free parking for your car or bus on the AgapeFest grounds. Keep in mind that our parking lot is grass-covered and inclement weather can affect the terrain.
Parking is not available in the camping area, so please plan accordingly.
Can I have a camp fire?
No. No flames of any kind are permitted on the festival grounds. So saith the Fire Marshal.
Can I bring a camp stove?
NO. No flames of ANY kind are permitted on the festival grounds. It is illegal.
What if we want to cook our food?
That’s fine. But the Fire Marshal won’t let you do it with flames on our festival grounds. Please plan accordingly!
Can I smoke at the festival?
No. We are a smoke-free event. You are welcome to step off festival grounds if you must smoke.

Is there a Lost and Found?
Lost and found is available during the festival in the AgapeFest office, located in the corner of the Merchandise Pavilion. Please report any lost items to the office staff. Unclaimed items will be held for 20 (twenty) days after the festival. Please call our HQ at (618) 664-1806 or email us at info@agapefest.com after the festival to inquire into missing items. AgapeFest is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items during the festival. So please try to keep your valuables with you.
What about the bands? Can I get their autographs?
As always, meet your favorite artists in our Autograph Tent. Signing times will be posted and updated throughout each day. Most of our artists participate, but not all are guaranteed to sign due to travel schedules and other conflicts.
