Need Help Finding Tickets?

While doing a routine safety check at the Festival grounds, we ran into a litter of kittens. There was one kitten that was particularly outgoing so we need named him Topher after this year’s Director Chris(Topher). He is now our unofficial mascot for AgapeFest 2011!

More Information on Fundamental Elements

Fundamental Elements and Friends After a Mission Trip Benefit Show

As we announced last week, Stars Go Dim will be replacing the Fundamental Elements at AgapeFest 2011. We did not post the reason why the Fundamental Elements were not going to be able to perform out of respect and love for the guys. After seven years of rocking, the guys have mutually decided to call it quits.

Fundamental Elements are mostly Greenville College alumni and good friends of both the festival and the college. Back in 2006 I came to my first AgapeFest mainly because my new youth leader was twisting my arm to come out and see his cousin, Russ, play with his band (Then, The Fundamentals). Supposedly they had some crazy drummer that I needed to see to believe. I came out to the festival with a bit of a closed mind but the band awesome, the drummer was crazy and long story short, I fell in love with the festival and eventually worked my way up to be the Director of this years festival.

It’s sad for us to see them go, especially for my friends and I who have grown close to the band. But we all wish Russ, Mark, Luke and Dustin the best of luck with their new adventures. They’re all extremely talented and I’m sure you will all see their work somewhere else in the very new future!

Good luck guys,

Chris
