Thank You!

We just finished our clean-up day. All of the staff here at AgapeFest would like to say a major “Thank You!” to everyone who came out and had fun with us. This year’s festival was definitely the best I’ve had the pleasure of working on.

There are some changes in store for agapefest.com in the coming months. One of the ones you can participate in right now is sending photos from AgapeFest 2008 to our Flickr group. Follow this link and submit your photos. If you don’t have a flickr account, it’s super-cool, fast, easy and free. When you join the AgapeFest group on flickr you can share your memories with all of us. And we’re already posting our own photos.

Thank you again for coming out. Thanks to the bands for stopping in (Relient K, David Crowder Band and Hawk Nelson were phenomenal). Thanks to the Battle of the Bands participants. And thank you so much to our Lord and Savior for keeping the rain away and encouraging us through this festival.

We hope to see you again in 2009 – and hopefully throughout the year here at agapefest.com!

  5. I’m 17 and the youth leader at my church. I was pretty disappointed when I wasn’t allowed in the hospitality area…i was looking forward to getting tips and materials. Can the age requirement change next year?

I had so much fun this year agape fest it was my first year and it was amazinngly awesome lol and i skipped my prom night to go to this and some of the bands i want for next year is – HAWK NELSON- David Crowder band- HOT FEVER – eleventy seven switchfoot rilentk family force five john ruban runkidrun bands for battel of the bands Clocktower Showdown and Forgetting paris

  7. i had an awesome time. some bands for next year would be falling up skillet the almost family force 5 the wedding and tyler read come on guys we dont want to see the same bands every year we need some variety. but i had a awesome time and thank you guys so much!

    by far my favorite so far.
    it was cool seeing john reuben wearing my friend’s shutter shades. get some. now.

    i can’t wait until next year, but, alas, i must.

  11. I am a youth director and my youth LOVE AGAPE!! We have been coming for a number of years. My first AGAPE was in 1989. Anyway, Praise the Lord for the weather and the rain passing us by. We loved the Youth Director interviews with artist.

    We loved the artist this year. Loved hearing from Barlow Girl and Stephanie White. Every year you have a great lineup. Family Force 5 was a new find in ’07, so you never know who you might discover.

  12. i would love to see underoath but realizing that there prolly to hardcore and all that so ill just say these guys. the weddin the almost skillet falling up family foce five anberlin would be cool emery would be ok and tyler read if you havent heard them check them out theyre awesome.

  15. I LOVED THE AFTERS! U have to put them on this year. Hope to actually stay the whole time to see Reliant K next year!!
